Your blog starts with the following question: Have you ever woken up in the morning, headed straight to the kitchen, and made breakfast NAKED? Let me ask then: have you?

- Food is like sex for the mouth. The same signals go off in the brain when we eat food that tastes good. There are certain flavours that trigger extreme pleasure and memory recall as they do during intercourse.

In your opinion, what is it that makes food sexy?

- I am doing what I have always dreamed of doing - being a chef and sharing my experience with the world. I wouldn't want to be doing anything else.

If you weren’t who you are, what would you be doing now?

- I see myself doing what I'm doing but on a larger scale. Innovating my series and taking it to different places around the world, cooking foods I've only seen or heard of. It is my vision to make a travel show cooking naked with people all around the world.

What was your childhood ambition? 

- My childhood ambition was to be doing something that was creative and that I was passionate about. I always loved cooking, beginning at the age of 5. I love to make things that people taste and say "Oh my god!"

What is your idea of a perfect working day? 

- My idea of a perfect work day filming and cooking. Its a long process but I am always satisfied by the end.

How do you relax after work? 

- I relax by going to the gym and having a great workout and sweating out my day. I also love to relax in front of the television watching an amazing movie or series. I love romantic films....

Who would you consider your role model and why? 

- I love Nigella Lawson, she is a sexy Brit chef with a sexy cooking show. I love the effortless food she makes and the production of her show. She is extremely sexy and talented.

Imagine you have been asked to award a medal to someone. Who’s the lucky winner? 

- If I were to award a metal to someone important, I would give it to Caitlin Jenner, the male to female trans-sexual in the United States. She exemplified courage to publicly go through the transition and take the public through her process. She is a role model, not only for the trans community but for the whole LGTB community. I empathized with her coming out in a world that doesn't embrace people who are different.

Which personal success are you proud of? 

- I'm proud of my web-series and the hard work and passion that was put into it. This past year has been a year of personal growth for me in many areas. I finally feel like I am the man I want to be. I feel complete.

What do you particularly like about yourself? 

- I like that I am a kind, sensitive person. This is something I was not sure was a virtue for many years until I realized I most respect these kinds of people in my life.

What song do you sing in the shower? 

- I sing Adele's Hello in the shower because it has great acoustics in there. It’s the only place I sound good singing.

Who would you never ever like to see naked? 

- I would never want to see any family member naked. Or Donald Trump. He's just so unattractive.

You have a month’s holiday. Where would you go? 

- I am actually taking a dream 1 month trip to Spain. I have wanted to go back there for years and now I get to go there, film my Travel Edition for my web-series and explore and taste the food of that amazing country.

Which three things would you take with you to a deserted island?

- 3 things I'd like to take to a deserted island are my music collection, a sweet, sexy dark hairy man, and a refrigerator full of food.

If you could swap lives with somebody for a day, who would it be?

- I don't think i would swap my life for someone else's for a day. I love my life today. I'm very happy.

Is there anything you would never do again? 

-   I went sky-diving when I was in my 20's. I don't know if would do that again. It was thrilling but terrifying...

Do you have some good advice you want to share with our readers? 

- Advise I have for my readers to explore your creative side in the kitchen and don't be afraid to try new things. Cooking can be fun for those who don't enjoy it. There are so many infinite possibilities. And try it naked...you might get turned on....
