Other Delivery Information

Package Packaging

For discretion, ordered goods are delivered in a cardboard box secured against unauthorized opening with adhesive tape. The contents of the shipment are appropriately protected. A waybill with the recipient's address is affixed to the package. Small shipments are sent in other packaging secured in a similar manner. We do not place any additional markings on parcels other than those required by the delivery companies.

Delivery Methods

Currently, the following delivery methods are available:

  • DHL Courier and DHL Cash on Delivery - Services provided by a courier company nationwide. Available for orders placed before 2 p.m. and prepaid via the transaction system or direct bank transfer (the date of payment credit counts) or cash on delivery. The parcel is delivered according to the courier's standard delivery method, usually the next business day.

  • InPost Courier and InPost Cash on Delivery - Handled by the trusted InPost operator, delivery is made to the specified delivery address (e.g., home, office, or other location). For cash on delivery, payment is collected by the courier and then transferred to the Seller's account.

  • InPost Parcel Lockers - One of the most popular delivery methods, known for being fast and economical. Delivery is made to a designated (selected) nearby parcel locker. You can track your parcel's progress using a smartphone app. Note: Occasionally, a parcel may be redirected to another nearby parcel locker due to issues such as a malfunction at the designated locker, overcrowding, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Personal Pickup from the Store - Orders with the personal pickup option can be collected from one of Secret Place's two flagship stores: in Warsaw (ul. Prosta 2/14, near Rondo ONZ) or in Poznań (ul. Szkolna 17) during store opening hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Secret Place makes every effort to fulfill customer requests; however, we cannot guarantee certain non-standard requests. This includes requests to add extra notes on packages that are not respected by delivery companies, such as "Leave at the duty office" or "Leave with a neighbor," etc. We are unable to apply such descriptions.
