Everything doesn't always go according to plan - we understand that. That is why we enable every person who buys in our online store to return or make a complaint about products.
Withdrawal from the purchase agreement
A consumer who makes purchases outside the company's headquarters is specially protected by law, i.e. the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827). reFForm extends the protection for its Consumers even further and extends the statutory time limit for withdrawal from the purchase agreement.
From now on:
- the time limit for withdrawal from the agreement isup to 90 days(not the statutory 14 days)
- the condition for using this form of protection is to send a completed withdrawal form to the Seller (the form can be downloaded below)
- the Consumer must return the goods (unused and unpacked) to the Seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement
Complaints
If the purchased product turns out to be defective, the Consumer may:
- submit a declaration requesting a price reduction,
- submit a declaration on withdrawal from the contract,
- request the exchange of the item for a defect-free one,
- request the removal of the defect.
Attach the printed and completed Secret Place withdrawal/complaint form to the returned product and send it to the following address:
